FY25 SUBGRANTEE COHORT
As the Community Quarterback, BCOH serves as the primary recipient of the grant and has designated a select group of partner organizations to carry out funded activities. The following local organizations make up the official ENOUGH Network:
- Washington County Community Action Council provides housing assistance to South End families. Services include emergency housing, rental assistance and down payment support towards homeownership. WCCAC is partnering to facilitate resource distribution and coordination with other community agencies.
- Potomac Community Services provides individual and group sessions, case management, psychoeducational services, and referrals for youth and families impacted by substance use.
- Mental Health Association: Childcare Choices provides support for childcare providers in obtaining licensure, as well as professional development, peer support, and resources for family and center-based childcare providers in the South End. Provides direct support for families in need of childcare and hosts parenting workshops.
- Hospice of Washington County offers grief and bereavement services based on the needs of individuals and families in the South End. Support includes individual and group services to address grief and loss.
- Asian American Center of Frederick & HARC serves as a key referral resource to connect with diverse families and expand access to culturally responsive wraparound supports for families in the South End.
- United Way of Washington County provides hygiene and household cleaning items to families in the South End.
- Children In Need provides collapsible wagons to families in the South End to help overcome transportation barriers.
