As the Community Quarterback, BCOH serves as the primary recipient of the ENOUGH grant and has designated a select group of partner organizations to carry out funded activities. Each partner provides specialized services and works collaboratively to ensure families receive the support that best meets their needs.
ENOUGH services are focused on supporting families within a specific catchment area. Families are encouraged to review the Program Eligibility requirements.

Bester Community of Hope
Bester Community of Hope manages the ENOUGH Network. BCOH offers short-term, peer-based, in-home wraparound support, as well as summer youth enrichment and family income scholarships. Community members are invited to serve as Neighborhood Ambassadors, creating opportunities for residents to make a positive impact in their own neighborhoods.

Washington County Community Action Council
Washington County Community Action Council provides housing assistance to South End families. Services include emergency housing, rental assistance and down payment support towards homeownership. WCCAC is partnering to facilitate resource distribution and coordination with other community agencies.

Hagerstown Home Store
Hagerstown Home Store supports pathways to homeownership by providing financial education, credit and housing counseling, and homebuyer workshops, while connecting residents to available down payment assistance programs. In partnership with local realtors and the City of Hagerstown, the program also works to identify available housing opportunities in the South End and expand access for residents.

Potomac Community Services provides individual and group sessions, case management, psychoeducational services, and referrals for youth and families impacted by substance use.

Mental Health Association: Child Care Choices
Mental Health Association: Child Care Choices provides support for childcare providers in obtaining licensure, as well as professional development, peer support, and resources for family and center-based childcare providers in the South End. Provides direct support for families in need of childcare and hosts parenting workshops.

Hospice of Washington County offers grief and bereavement services based on the needs of individuals and families in the South End. Support includes individual and group services to address grief and loss.
