Leticia has lived in the South End of Hagerstown for over 10 years. She is a mom of 6 beautiful daughters, and a loving wife. In her free time, Tisha enjoys spending time with her family and “Framily” (friends that are like family). She also has 2 cats, Shadow and Pumpkin. Tisha loves to walk around down searching for Pokemon, and also enjoys playing Roblox with her kids. Tisha’s favorite things about living in the South End Community include attending the various community events that are held throughout the year.
