Ms. LeeAnn has lived in the South End of Hagerstown for a total of 8 years. She currently serves on the Parent Advisory Committee at Bester Community of Hope and previously served as a Program Support Staff with our former after-school program at Bester Elementary and E. Russell Hicks Middle School. Additionally, LeeAnn is the caretaker of St. John’s Lutheran Church on South Potomac Street. Ms. LeeAnn LOVES people and her community. She enjoys walks with her dog “Cookie” and running into students and residents along the path to City Park. People are drawn to her genuine and compassionate nature as she eagerly loves to hear about your day and what you have been up to. Her most favorite thing is treating herself to some Vitamin Sea Therapy (the beach), a good cup of coffee, and her favorite thing about the South End community is “seeing and talking to people at events. There is always something going on downtown.”
